In addition to steering the vision at Altered State Films, Jeff serves as the Creative Director at a advertising agency in Sioux City. There, he leads innovative campaigns and strategies for clients across various industries, drawing on years of experience from top agencies. Kim Gordon
Kim Gordon brings over 20 years of marketing expertise to Altered State Films as co-founder and Project Manager/Producer. With a unique blend of experience ranging from healthcare to advertising, her multifaceted background enriches the company's approach to client engagement and project management.
After an eight-year career as a Registered Nurse, Kim discovered her passion for marketing and co-owned a small advertising agency for 15 years. There, she wore many hats—handling HR, accounting, account services, media buying, and social and digital media—gaining comprehensive insights into the industry. Her ability to manage multiple roles honed her exceptional organizational skills and adaptability.
At Altered State Films, Kim leverages her extensive experience to oversee client relationships and ensure seamless coordination across all projects. Her expertise in project management, traditional advertising, and digital marketing ensures that client needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
